Steve Rosich

Non-Executive Chairman

Steve has 20-years in senior executive roles at two AFL clubs that are both market leaders in commercial operations, has developed a strong capability and a proven track record in leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategy development and execution for growth and innovation and alignment to culture standards. Steve is the CEO of the Victoria Racing Club. A role he commenced in November 2020 after 11-years of experience as a CEO of an elite sporting organisation in the AFL with over 200 staff operating in a high pressure and very competitive national industry with strong governance standards. Steve is qualified as a chartered accountant with market awareness and capacity to deal with a very public organisation and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

John Gilfillan

Non-Executive Director

John Gilfillan has worked in the Financial Services for the last 24 years including operating and owning his own practice for the last 18 years. He has also consulted to various corporate advisors and been involved in numerous ASX transactions. John is an experienced Company Director having been involved in both the technology and resource sectors.

Sean McCormick

Non-Executive Director

Sean McCormick (BEc (Hons), LLB) is an Associate Director at Trident Capital, which provides corporate advisory services to ASX listed companies across a wide spectrum of industries, including the resources and technology sectors and is experienced in advising on initial public offerings, seed capital, mergers & acquisitions and reverse takeovers. He has been a Non-Executive Director of several ASX listed companies that have required turnaround and restructuring. Sean has previously worked in the restructuring division of a big four professional services firm and prior to that as an associate advisor for a national Australian stockbroker.
